great location friendly staff beach view

the location is close to the marina. the staff were all very friendly from reception to housekeeping. our room offered beach views and had a fridge plus a hairdryer.

The animation team was very active and made my vacation lovely. I found comfortable rooms for my stay with cool, clean sea water. The food changed every day, and I saw a big choice of options. I noticed staff were kind and ready to do their work well.

A Wonderful Stay by the Sea

pristine gardens inclusive beach modern reception

The resort grounds looked so pristine with beautiful gardens. The beach area includes a beach bar, which I loved. I found the view of the Red Sea from my room amazing. Reception looked modern, a nice touch.

I noticed some areas could have used a bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness.

My room included comfortable beds and a well-functioning air conditioner, very important. The bathroom had fresh towels daily and included essential toiletries, such as soap and shampoo. I enjoyed my stay (the little details make a difference!).

The staff was friendly and very helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The animation team created a fun atmosphere through various activities and shows. They are the soul of the hotel. Staff worked hard.
